Log into FuseDesk using the same username and password as your Infusionsoft account. If you’re not be able to login it may be because:
- You need to have an Infusionsoft user account – If you don’t have a user account in your Infusionsoft, you won’t be able to login to FuseDesk. First, create a new user account in Infusionsoft and then you’ll be able to login to FuseDesk. On the Infusionsoft website, use the navigation bar at the top to get started. You can get set up your Infusionsoft page here: https://www.infusionsoft.com
- Your password for Infusionsoft has changed – Infusionsoft periodically requires you to update your password. When your password changes in Infusionsoft, your password will have changed to the same new password in FuseDesk, too. You can update your Infusionsoft password by clicking the image below.
- Your Infusionsoft account is locked out or disabled – Make sure you can log into Infusionsoft. If you need assistance with unlocking your Infusionsoft account you can do so here: https://www.infusionsoft.com/about/contact. This page has different phone numbers you can call or scroll down until you see the link to their chat support, which will look like this:
- Once you can get back into Infusionsoft, use the same username and password for FuseDesk.
