We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Payments are made up front either for a year or a month of service at a time and are based on the number of seats that you have requested in your application.

Seats are used for either support representatives or additional departments.

You can change your plan, seats, reps, departments, renewal term or credit card any time from within your FuseDesk app.

All Fees paid are non-refundable.

You can easily cancel your app at any time.

Any time a billing related change is made to your app, we attempt to send an email to the billing contact outlining the changes. If you opt-out of emails from us, you will not get these notices.
