Just because you have our mobile app installed doesn’t mean you always want to be available for chats!

If you don’t want to be available for chats, click on your profile icon in the top right, and then toggle off the top option for “Online: Available for chats.”

When you are ready to be online for chats, toggle the same option back on.

When you’re available for chat, your team will see you as “online” in FuseDesk and any live chat widgets you’re connected to will see that you as a rep are online and available to chat.
