Once you’re logged in to the FuseDesk App, click on the profile icon in the top right. You’ll have two toggles. One lets you make yourself online and available for chats. The other enables push notifications. Toggle Push Notifications On and you'll get mobile notifications right on your phone!
The FuseDesk iOS app works on iPhones, iPads, and iPod touches. You’ll need iOS 14.0 or higher. Don’t worry, 95%+ of the planet is on 14 or above. The FuseDesk app also works on Apple chip based computers (i.e. MacBooks) running macOS 11.0 and higher!
