This chat release of our iOS app is purely for chat support so you can connect with your prospects and customers on the go across all chat platforms, like Live Chat, SMS, PlusThis, Fix Your Funnel, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, and more!

That means you shouldn’t expect to be working with cases or email or anything like that in this chat app. Also don’t expect to be adding or linking contacts just yet. That’s all on the roadmap!

Our goal for this chat app is to get you logged into the app and able to view and respond to chat messages across platforms.

How do I get the FuseDesk Mobile App?

You can download the FuseDesk app in the Apple App Store! You’ll want to be viewing this page on your phone, not your desktop!

What iOS devices are supported?

The FuseDesk app works on iPhones, iPads, and iPod touches. You’ll need iOS 14.0 or higher. Don’t worry, 95%+ of the planet is on 14 or above.

How do I enable push notifications?

Once you’re logged in, click on the profile icon in the top right. You’ll have two toggles. One lets you make yourself online and available for chats. The other enables push notifications.

How do I make myself unavailable for chats?

If you don’t want to be available for chats, simple toggle off the top option for “Online: Available for chats.”

Can I view cases, emails, workflows, automations, etc?

The chat version of our app is purely focused on viewing and responding to FuseDesk chats across all platforms. Cases, emails, and more are all on our roadmap, though!
