How Fix Your Funnel (FYF) Works with FuseDesk
When you get an inbound SMS/MMS text in Fix Your Funnel (FYF), it’ll show up in FuseDesk so that your team can reply to the chat just like any other FuseDesk Chat.
Your outbound replies get sent right back out via your Fix Your Funnel account!
The entire Chat and all chat messages can then be converted to a FuseDesk case and handled just like any other case with the entire conversation and case history getting stored back on the Contact record in Infusionsoft/Keap.
You can even start a new FYF SMS conversation with a contact right from a FuseDesk Case!
Configuring Fix Your Funnel to work with FuseDesk
To use Fix Your Funnel with FuseDesk, you’ll first need to create a FYF API Key.
Next, head to your Live Messaging Settings and click Notification Settings next to the number you’d like to connect to FuseDesk.
Click the Toggle to Forward Live Messages to FuseDesk.
In FuseDesk, click into Chat Settings under Settings and click Add New for Fix Your Funnel. Enter your FYF API Key and Save!
