If you are moving your business from Keap to GoHighLevel – or really anywhere – FuseDesk is there to support you along the way.
Much of the deep integration you love between FuseDesk and Keap also works with GoHighLevel!
When you’re ready to make the switch over in FuseDesk:
- Head to Settings and then App Options and scroll down to the bottom
- Click on Disconnect FuseDesk from Keap
- Click Connect to CRM and pick GoHighLevel
Then simply pick which GoHighLevel Sub-Account you want to connect to FuseDesk and that’s it!
Note that if you’re an Agency Admin in GoHighLevel, you’ll need to be explicitly added to the Sub Account you want to connect to FuseDesk.
Any team members in FuseDesk that use the same login to GoHighLevel will be instantly connected to their GoHighLevel profile.
Team members that have logins to GoHighLevel will now be able to login directly to FuseDesk through GoHighLevel.
New customer emails and notes in FuseDesk – and existing notes and emails on cases your team works on – will save into the contact record in GoHighLevel.
You’ll be able to apply GoHighLevel Tags and add contacts to GoHighLevel Automations right from FuseDesk like always.
You’ll be able to view GoHighLevel contacts’ Orders, Subscriptions, and Payments right in FuseDesk.
You can send outbound emails from FuseDesk through GoHighLevel.
Your team will be able to continue to collaboratively support your prospects and customers as a team right in FuseDesk.
The decision to change CRMs shouldn’t be taken lightly, but at times, it makes good business sense to invest in the changeover. Either way, FuseDesk is there to support you along the way and make the transition as easy as possible for you, your business, your team, and your customers.
