If you have changed CRMs or are simply no longer using your CRM, you can easily disconnect FuseDesk from existing CRM.

To disconnect FuseDesk from your CRM, login to FuseDesk as an admin and head to App Options under Settings.

Scroll down to CRM and click the red Disconnect CRM button.

Depending on your CRM, the text of the button will vary, for example “Disconnect from Infusionsoft“, “Disconnect from ActiveCampaign“, etc…

You will need to read and agree to the disconnect warning and confirm your CRM Disconnect.

Once disconnected, you’ll have the option to connect to a different CRM. You can alternatively simply continue using FuseDesk without your CRM.
