All of your GoHighLevel Automations are available for your team to use inside of FuseDesk.
From a case, click the Automations Gear icon up top and choose which GoHighLevel Automation you’d like to add your contact to.
Type to search your GoHighLevel Automations.
Click the Automation you’d like and the contact will be added to the selected Automation inside of GoHighLevel.
Note that contacts can only be added to Active GoHighLevel Automations. Draft Automations will not be shown. You can publish an Automation in GoHighLevel to take it out of the Draft state.
