Adding FuseDesk’s Live Chat to your Webflow powered site can be done in a few ways.
Configuring Your Live Chat
The first step is getting your Live Chat setup.
- Login to your FuseDesk App and click Chat Settings under Settings
- Click the green Live Chat + button
- Configure your chat widget and settings
Adding Live Chat to all pages on a Webflow site
Adding FuseDesk Live Chat to your entire Webflow site allows for chat to show up on all pages of your website.
- Log into your Webflow admin and then head to Project settings and then Custom code
- In the Head code section, paste in your FuseDesk Live Chat embed code from your Live Chat above.
- Click the Save button
Adding Live Chat to an individual Webflow page
If you’d only like to have FuseDesk Live Chat on select pages, you can do so from each page’s Designer on which you’d like to have Live Chat.
- Log into your Webflow admin and open up the Designer for the page you’d like
- From inside the Designer, open Page settings and then Custom code
- In the Head code section, paste in your FuseDesk Live Chat embed code from your Live Chat above.
- Click the Save button
Note that instead of using our chat embed code, you can also use Google Tag Manager to embed your live chat in your Webflow site. This makes it easier to centrally manage your other embed codes all in one place without needing to touch Webflow settings!
