Configuring Your Live Chat
The first step is getting your Live Chat setup.
- Login to your FuseDesk App and click Chat Settings under Settings
- Click the green Live Chat + button
- Configure your chat widget and settings
Adding Live Chat to Your Kajabi Website
Adding FuseDesk Live Chat to your Kajabi Website allows for chat to show up on all pages of your website.
- Log into your Kajabi Dashboard and open the Website tab.
- Open the page editor for your Page
- Click Settings
- Select Custom Code
- Paste in your FuseDesk Live Chat embed code from your Live Chat above to the Javascript Code box
- Click the Save button
Adding Live Chat to an individual Kajabi Page
If you’d only like to have FuseDesk Live Chat on select pages, you can add it to an individual page.
- Log into your Kajabi Dashboard and open the Website tab
- Open the page editor for your Page
- Navigate to the sidebar panel
- Click Add Content
- From the list, select Custom Code
- Your newly created Custom Code Block will generate at the bottom of the Section
- Paste in your FuseDesk Live Chat embed code from your Live Chat above into the Code box
- Click the Save button
Note that instead of using our chat embed code, you can also use Google Tag Manager to embed your live chat in your website. This makes it easier to centrally manage your other embed codes all in one place without needing to touch Kajabi!
