Adding FuseDesk’s Live Chat for Keap and Infusionsoft to your CustomerHub Classic Membership Site can be done in a few ways.

Configuring Your Live Chat

The first step is getting your Live Chat setup.

  1. Login to your FuseDesk App and click Chat Settings under Settings
  2. Click the green Live Chat + button
  3. Configure your chat widget and settings

Adding Live Chat to CustomerHub’s Master Theme

Adding FuseDesk Live Chat to your CustomerHub Master Theme allows for chat to show up on all pages of your membership site.

  1. Log into your CustomerHub admin and then head to Themes under Admin.
  2. Click the Edit button (pencil) on the Draft of your Theme.
  3. Click the Javascript tab.
  4. Paste in your FuseDesk Live Chat embed code from your Live Chat above.
  5. Click the dropdown on the green Save button and choose Save and Publish.

Adding Live Chat to a CustomerHub Partial

If you’d only like to have FuseDesk Live Chat on select pages, you can add it to a CustomerHub Partial and then add that Partial to the pages on which you’d like to have Live Chat.

  1. Log into your CustomerHub admin and then head to Partials under Library.
  2. Click the blue Create Partial button.
  3. Add a Name like FuseDesk Live Chat
  4. Click the green Save button
  5. Click the white <> button to edit the raw HTML Source of the Partial
  6. Pasted in your FuseDesk Live Chat embed code from your Live Chat above.
  7. Click the dropdown on the green Save button and choose Save and Publish.

Now that you have a Partial for Live Chat you can add it to any page you’d like!

Note that instead of using our chat embed code, you can also use Google Tag Manager to embed your live chat in your CustomerHub site. This makes it easier to centrally manage your other embed codes all in one place without needing to touch CustomerHub!
