If you’re not on the frontline and using FuseDesk throughout the day, you’ll get two kinds of notifications to keep you in the loop on your cases.

First, whenever a case is assigned to you by someone else, you’ll get an email notifying you that a case has been assigned to you with a link to click and access the case.

Secondly, once a day (early morning PST), we send out an email with a daily update for you on how many cases are assigned to you, are in each of your departments and are in Unassigned.

You can change your preferences for which emails you receive using the link in the bottom of either email, or online under My Preferences.
