Email Forwarding with cPanel

To setup email forwarding into FuseDesk from cPanel, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your websites cPanel
2. Click on the Forwarders menu under the Mail heading
3. Click on Add Forwarder
4. For Address to Forward, enter in the support address your customers use, for example [email protected]
5. For Destination, enter the fusedesk.com email address you were given, like [email protected] where YOURAPPNAME is your FuseDesk/Infusionsoft application name
6. Click on Add Forwarder
7. Send yourself a test message at the new email address you setup in step 4
