One of the most powerful automations in FuseDesk is the ability to run automation on inbound emails.  Let’s review how to set up email rules:

  1. In Preferences, go to Email Rules.
  2. Click Add New Rule at the bottom.
  3. Select Conditions as desired.
    1. Ie: Subject – subject line contains Refund
    2. Select Actions as desired.
      1. Ie: Assign To
      2. Secondary action can be assigned.
      3. Ie: Reply with a Template
      4. Continue Processing Rules – tells FuseDesk to continue moving through the other rules.
      5. Switch slider to On, and Save.

Now, you can intelligently route emails based on emails rules and automation!
