Action Sets are created directly in Infusionsoft and not in FuseDesk.

To Create an Action in Infusionsoft:

  1. Log into Infusionsoft and click on the Infusionsoft logo up top
  2. Under the CRM column, click on Settings
  3. Under Contact & Company Settings on the left, click on Action Sets
  4. Click on Add an Action Set in the top left

After you add an action set in Infusionsoft, you may need to refresh your browser’s cache for it to appear in FuseDesk for you.
