Editing your departments is now easier than ever in FuseDesk.

Using the department editor, you can change which reps are assigned to which departments.

This affects who shows up under each department when you’re transferring cases. If you only have 2 reps, this isn’t a big deal, but for our customers that have many departments and reps, this allows for specialization, i.e. Suzie is in Billing, Bob and Jill are in Support, Rebbecca handles Returns, and Timothy and Lily are in Sales.

More departmental changes will be coming soon as we continue to add more support for departments into FuseDesk.
