Adding FuseDesk’s Live Chat to your Infusionsoft and Keap Landing Pages can help you to increase conversions by answering your prospects questions before they opt-in.
Finding Your Live Chat Embed Code
The first step is getting your Live Chat embed code.
- Login to your FuseDesk App and click Chat Settings under Settings
- Click the green Live Chat + button
- Configure your chat widget and settings
- Copy the script up top to you clipboard
Adding Live Chat to a Keap Landing Page
- Login to your Keap app
- Click Campaigns from the left hand side and click into your Campaign or create a New Campaign.
- Click into your Landing Page or Click and Drop in a new Landing Page to the Campaign
- Once you’re editing your Landing Page, click Add Section
- Click and Drag Code to the top of your Landing Page
- Paste the embed code from above into the HTML box on the right under Edit Code Snippet.
- Save / Publish your Landing Page
Adding Live Chat to an Infusionsoft Landing Page
- Login to your Infusionsoft app
- Using the Navigation up top, click Campaign Builder under Marketing
- Click into your Campaign or click Create My Own Campaign
- Click into your Landing Page or Click and Drop in a new Landing Page to the Campaign
- Once you’re editing your Landing Page, click Add Section
- Click and Drag Code to the top of your Landing Page
- Paste the embed code from above into the HTML box on the right under Edit Code Snippet.
- Save / Publish your Landing Page
