Finding Your Live Chat Embed Code

The first step is getting your Live Chat embed code.

  1. Login to your FuseDesk App and click Chat Settings under Settings
  2. Click the green Live Chat + button
  3. Configure your chat widget and settings
  4. Copy the script up top to you clipboard

Adding Live Chat to an Infusionsoft Order Form

  1. Login to your Infusionsoft app
  2. From the navigation up top, click E-Commerce Setup under E-Commerce
  3. Click on Order Forms under Checkout
  4. Click the name of the order form you want to edit (or click Create New)
  5. Click the HTML Areas tab.
  6. Paste the embed code from above into the bottom of your Custom Footer
  7. Click the Save All button

  1. Login to your Infusionsoft app
  2. From the navigation up top, click E-Commerce Setup under E-Commerce
  3. Click on Order Forms Themes under Design
  4. Click the name of the order form theme you want to edit (or click Create New Theme)
  5. Click the HTML Areas tab.
  6. Paste the embed code from above into the bottom of your Custom Footer
  7. Click the Save All button

  1. Login to your Infusionsoft app
  2. From the navigation up top, click E-Commerce Setup under E-Commerce
  3. Click on Shopping Cart Themes under Design
  4. Click the name of the shopping cart theme you want to edit (or click Create New Theme)
  5. Click the HTML Areas tab.
  6. Paste the embed code from above into the bottom of your Custom Footer
  7. Click the Save All button
