Adding FuseDesk’s Live Chat for Keap and Infusionsoft to your Drupal site can be done in a few easy steps.

Finding Your Live Chat Embed Code

The first step is getting your Live Chat embed code.

  1. Login to your FuseDesk App and click Chat Settings under Settings
  2. Click the green Live Chat + button
  3. Configure your chat widget and settings
  4. Copy the script up top to you clipboard

Adding Live Chat Script to Drupal

  1. Login to your Drupal admin panel
  2. Click Administer on the left hand navigation and then Site Building
  3. Click on Blocks and then Add Block
  4. Type FuseDesk Live Chat in the Block Description
  5. Paste the embed code form above into the Block Body
  6. For Text Format, choose PHP Code
  7.  Click Save Block
  8. At the top of the page, click Blocks and find your FuseDesk Live Chat block.
  9. Choose Header for the Region
  10. Click on Save Blocks
