FuseDesk logins that authenticate with your CRM are handled completely by your CRM. When your password expires in your CRM, you’ll need to reset it directly in your CRM. Currently this is supported with Infusionsoft by Keap.
FuseDesk reps that authenticate directly to FuseDesk need to create a new password every 90 days. This follows both industry best practices standard password expiration policies.
Note that this password expiry policy can be adjusted – and even disabled – on Enterprise plans.
You can of course reset your password anytime that you like. From the login page, simply click “Reset it here” link next to “Forgot your password?”
When trying to login with an expired password, you’ll receive an error like:
Authentication Error
Your FuseDesk password has expired. We just emailed a password reset link. Please follow the link in the email to create a new password.
One click on that email will allow you to reset your password and log right into FuseDesk.
