FuseDesk logins linked to an Infusionsoft ID are handled completely by Infusionsoft. When your password expires in Infusionsoft, you’ll need to reset it directly in Infusionsoft.
FuseDesk Only Rep logins that login directly to FuseDesk without an Infusionsoft ID need to create a new password every 90 days. This follows both industry best practices and Infusionsoft’s password expiration policy.
When trying to login with an expired password, you’ll receive an note like “Your FuseDesk password has expired. We just emailed a password reset link. Please follow the link in the email to create a new password.”
One click on that email will allow you to reset your password and log right into FuseDesk.
