PALive can easily send your voicemails – and even voicemail transcripts – right into Infusionsoft through FuseDesk.
All you need to do is configure PATLive to send email notifications to your support address and FuseDesk will handle the rest.
There are three easy ways to change your notification email address to your FuseDesk support address.
- Log into your PATLive Account to update your Settings.
- Call their 24/7 customer care line, 800-775-7790 and they will process your request over the phone.
- Email your request to [email protected]
To test your setup, call and leave yourself a message. Your message should then come right into FuseDesk!
