You can create, modify, and save email templates right in FuseDesk! So, you can manage your templates without leaving FuseDesk.  Information pulls down from Infusionsoft making it a seamless and easy to use.  Moreover, merge fields and automation links can also be built in!

To access:

  1. Go to Preferences.
  2. Templates, then Edit Template.
  3. Name it.
  4. Write your response to WOW the customer.
  5. Add merge fields and automation links to enhance the customization and efficiency instantly.
