It is likely that you received similar questions regarding the webinar each time.  So, create and use email templates to address these questions via the Template Editor.

If you are using Stealth Seminar or Evergreen Business System, great news!  When a participant asks a question in chat this will actually spawn an email to your support address and thus open a case in FuseDesk.

Then, your support team can really impress your customer by responding to that question using the webinar templates you created!
