If your team is offline and unavailable to respond to a live chat, your website visitors can optionally leave a message if you enable offline messages.

If you’d like your visitors to be able to upload images with their offline message, for example a screenshot, you can let them do so.

In FuseDesk, head to Settings and then Chat Settings and edit your Live Chat Settings.

Under Offline Chat make sure that you allow visitors to create a new case if you’re offline.

Then check (or uncheck) the option for visitors to be allowed to attach images to offline messages.

Your changes are saved automatically!
