Great news! You can fully integrate your chat functionality with FuseDesk and it is really simple to do.
The goal would be to have each chat feed into FuseDesk after the chat is completed as a case for additional support team follow up and moreover, Infusionsoft contact record documentation.
All you need to do is in your Chat system of choice, set to send the transcript via email to your FuseDesk email address.
It’s that simple. Now, the case is created of the chat transcript. Link it like normal to the appropriate contact to continue client support and the transcript will also be in the notes in Infusionsoft as always!
