Your Email Templates can be easily organized by category right from within FuseDesk’s template editor.

Template categories allow you and your team to more easily find the template you’re looking for and pick from a smaller list when replying to a case.

Since you can assign a default template category to each of your departments, each department can have it’s own short list of templates.

Templates can also have multiple categories so you can easily share templates between multiple departments.

To edit your categories for a template, click on Templates from under Settings and select the template you’d like to edit.

At the bottom of the template editor, you’ll see a list of the currently applied template Categories, if there are any.

To add a template to additional categories, simply pick the category from the list and click Update Template to save!

FuseDesk uses your previously used email and note template categories but you can also create a new category simply by typing it in.
