If you ever receive emails from clients on your personal email and want to forward it to FuseDesk so it can be set up as a case, there is now an easy way to go about doing that!
In the past, forwarding emails from your personal account would create a case under your name instead of the client’s. Now we look to see where the email is coming from.
If it comes from one of your representative’s names and it’s a forward, we will look and see who the email really came from and create a case for THAT person!
This saves you and your team time because you do not have to go in and link the email to the right person. We do it for you!
