To attach files to your reply email, click on the button in the attachments line of the reply template. You can select multiple files at one time to attach.

Due to the way Infusionsoft is setup, we can not actually attach the files to the email you send, but instead include a link at the bottom of your reply with links to all of the files so they can be securely downloaded.

The links to download the files will appear both in the case history and in your email history inside of Infusionsoft.

Known Issue: While you can attach multiple files at one time, currently you can only attach files once. As a temporary work around, after attaching files, you can reload the case in your browser and attach more files. This is a known issue and one that we’re working on.
