If you have a FuseDesk Enterprise plan, you have the ability to integrate FuseDesk into your Call Center phone system via screen pops.

With this setup, when an incoming call comes into your floor, the rep answering the phone will receive the caller ID of the caller and using your existing screen pop system which pops a FuseDesk contact and case search by caller ID. This loads the contacts matching the CallerID, and if there’s only one contact, shows his/her open cases.
