Starting today, all reps now get a morning email showing their case load as well as the case load in any departments that they are in.

This can easily be turned off with the link at the bottom of the email and is a great way to stay on top of cases for reps who don’t have a high enough case load to be in FuseDesk all day every day.

Adding this functionality is one more way to help you provide exceptional customer support to your customers by not allowing cases to sit too long unnoticed.
