With FuseDesk’s plugin for WordPress, your logged in members will be able to view their cases, start new live chats, and create new cases using simple shortcodes.
With AccessAlly installed, we’ll know the member’s name, email address, and Infusionsoft ContactID.
All your member has to do is ask their question and we will immediately link the FuseDesk case to the right Infusionsoft contact!
