FuseDesk Supports clean HTML email both from your customers and back out to your customers.
Email HTML is limited to basic formatting like bolding, italicizing, and coloring text; and using simple lists.
You can even drag and drop or insert images!
Rich HTML is available whether you’re replying via email on a case view, from a Bulk Reply on a Case Queue, during onboarding in your initial template setup, or while using the template editor.
Your Existing Infusionsoft Templates
Any existing text-only templates will be automatically converted to an HTML version when they’re loaded.
Any existing HTML-only templates will be automatically cleaned up when they’re loaded.
Any existing text and HTML templates will be automatically cleaned up when they’re loaded.
These changes do NOT update the template in Infusionsoft… until you edit the template in FuseDesk and click Save. At that point, we save the newer template into Infusionsoft for you. In this way, nothing is changed in Infusionsoft until you save a template, but you can still leverage HTML when replying via email.
If you have a template that looked correct in text, but is all wrong in HTML, simply edit the template in FuseDesk and click the Import Text button to convert the previously used text email template to HTML!
