FuseDesk family member Lacey from Water Chef recently emailed us after we rolled out a new report that she and her support team had been looking for, specifically a report to show case counts by case tag. We emailed Lacey back and asked if they could send us a photo of this gong, and within minutes… she emailed back this photo of her and Jennifer with their office Gong.

In fact, when we were on a call with their team today and overcame an obstacle having to do with Office 365 email forwarding, they warned us to pull the phone away from our ear as they were about to ring the gong loud enough for the team in the warehouse to be able to hear it, too!
