With FuseDesk’s outbound dialer, you and your team can one-click call customers right from within FuseDesk and a note about the call is automatically saved to the case and to the contact’s record in Infusionsoft.

Simply click on the contact’s phone number in a case and we’ll initiate an outbound call right in your browser.

If you need to navigate a menu or use the keypad, click the keypad icon.

To mute a call, click the mute button.

When you’re done with your call, click the big red Hangup button.

Then finish typing up your note about the call, and click Wrap Up.

The call note is automatically added to your case along with the call time.
