You might have heard that Infusionsoft is now Keap…
And that there are now two software products: Keap (formerly “New Infusionsoft”), and Infusionsoft by Keap (formerly “Infusionsoft”).
FuseDesk has always been THE Help Desk Add-On for Infusionsoft.
Now FuseDesk is THE Help Desk Add-On for Keap and Infusionsoft by Keap.
Which means we have to change some language on our website and documentation…
But that’s about it!
Our team has been hard at work for the past few months testing FuseDesk with both Keap and Infusionsoft by Keap extensively.
And it just works.
So we want to extend our kudos to Keap for keeping this transition simple…
We know change is hard.
But when it’s managed well, change can be great.
And in this case, while you grow accustomed to changes happening over at Keap, you and your customers can continue to rely on the same fabulous FuseDesk for all things Keap in the future.
