Inserting an emoji into a FuseDesk chat can be done by clicking on the smiley face emoji icon.
By default we’ll show you your most recently used emojis but you can also page through to other categories of emojis.
Your customers can always send you emojis regardless of what platform they’re on, be it FuseDesk Live Chat, FuseDesk SMS, Fix Your Funnel, or PlusThis.
