To setup email forwarding into FuseDesk from cPanel, please follow these steps:
- Log into your websites cPanel
- Click on the Forwarders menu under the Mail heading
- Click on Add Forwarder
- For Address to Forward, enter in the support address your customers use, for example support@yourwebsite.com
- For Destination, enter the fusedesk.com email address you were given, like YOURAPPNAME@fusedesk.com where YOURAPPNAME is your FuseDesk/Infusionsoft application name
- Click on Add Forwarder
- Send yourself a test message at the new email address you setup in step 4
