Infusionsoft by Keap users can easily connect FuseDesk to leverage our powerful deep CRM integrations.
Connecting Infusionsoft by Keap during Setup
If you’re setting up your FuseDesk app for the first time, simply click “Connect to a CRM” from sidebar under App Setup.
Connecting Infusionsoft by Keap after Onboarding
If you have already completed your FuseDesk onboarding and you want to connect FuseDesk up to Infusionsoft by Keap, head to App Options under Settings.
Scroll down to CRM and click to Connect to your CRM.
If you’re already connected to another CRM, you’ll need to Disconnect from your CRM first.
Configuring Infusionsoft by Keap
From the CRM Connect popup, click on the Infusionsoft logo and follow Keap’s prompts to connect.
Infusionsoft by Keap in FuseDesk
With your FuseDesk app connected up to Infusionsoft by Keap, you’ll be able to:

- Achieve Infusionsoft Campaign Builder Goals automatically from FuseDesk Automations
- Condition FuseDesk Automation based on the contact’s Owner in Infusionsoft by Keap
- Route FuseDesk cases based on the contact’s Owner in Infusionsoft by Keap
- Save all of your case history (notes, emails, chats) to the Infusionsoft by Keap contact record
- Easily invite your existing Infusionsoft by Keap Users to log in to FuseDesk as a rep using their InfusionsoftID
- Link FuseDesk case history to the right Infusionsoft by Keap User in Infusionsoft by Keap
