What is the Best Way to Utilize the Advanced Search Functionality?

The Advanced Search within FuseDesk is a quick and easy way to find cases by specific search criteria.

Just to the right of the Case Search box is the Advanced button.  Clicking Advanced Case Search will open up your search options.

From here you can search by text, department, rep, case status, case tag, date opened, date assigned, date first responded to, date closed, and more!
