In your Live Chat Settings, you can choose to show just an icon on mobile instead of your live chat title text and you can choose how you’d like to align the chat icon or chat widget.
You can also select which icon you’d like to use.
When a website visitor on mobile phone clicks your chat widget, we’ll open the chat widget full screen so that your visitor can easily chat with your team.
Simply clicking the title bar of the chat widget collapses the widget down so your visitor can return to browsing your site while keeping the chat active.
