How do I Change my Timezone in FuseDesk?

FuseDesk supports timezones from around the world to display case history and dates in your local time.

This is great if your team is spread around the globe or you travel and want times to be local.

To change your timezone in FuseDesk, go to your Preferences, and select the city closest to you.

Please note that cities are grouped by continent and are alphabetical within each continent.
