Master Hypnotist Igor Ledochowski, co-founder of the Hypnosis Training Academy, believes that hypnosis should be a force for good in the world. Founded in 2014, the Academy teaches ethical hypnosis skills that can make positive transformations in people’s lives.

An Altered State of Consciousness
While most people have heard about hypnosis, they don’t exactly know how hypnosis and hypnotherapy works. Hypnosis brings the mind to an altered state that bypasses consciousness and allows for direct communication with the unconscious mind.
This altered state is not unique to hypnosis. The mind-state shift that takes place during hypnosis is a common occurrence that sometimes happens naturally, like when your mind drifts off when you watch rain from your window or when you go on auto pilot when driving a familiar route on your way home from work.

When they did a routine check of the billing system, they discovered that a customer had unknowingly purchased the same product twice. The team immediately processed his refund.
