There are three ways to view your customers’ feedback on their cases in FuseDesk.
First, while viewing any case that has feedback, you’ll see the star rating and feedback comments up top on the case.
Secondly, from your reports, you can view Feedback Ratings over time to see how overall satisfaction is trending from 1 to 5 stars.
Thirdly, from your reports, you can view Feedback Details to see all of your detailed customer feedback.
