All of the text that your website visitors see in FuseDesk’s Live Chat can be customized.

In your Live Chat Settings, head down to Customize Text and edit any of the strings shown.

This allows you, for example, to configure Live Chat in a different language, or to better represent your brand, style, and language.

The most common strings are shown up top. Click Advanced, and you’ll be able to customize all of the strings used in the live chat widget.
